La esclusa de Spierings es una esclusa de navegación con puertas de punto en la vía fluvial Nieuwe Merwede-Amer por el Biesbosch de Brabante. Se encuentra en el municipio de Altena, entre el Nieuwe Merwede y el Gat van den Hardenhoek. La vía fluvial es de clase CEMT 0.
La longitud de la cámara de esclusa es de 40 metros, ancho de 6 metros y una profundidad de umbral de NAP -3,30 m. Hay un puente levadizo sobre el cabezal interior.
