La cervecería monástica De Kanunnik se encuentra en la Abadía Rolduc. Durante el día es posible pedir platos del pequeño menú (de almuerzo). Por la noche, se puede optar por cenar a la carta o elegir el menú de tres platos que cambia semanalmente. ¿Solo una taza de café o la cerveza de la abadía? También en ese caso, todos son bienvenidos. Cuando hace buen tiempo, también está abierta la acogedora terraza (en el cuadrado interior).
