Hoeve Overhuizen o Oberhausen es un complejo de granja monumental en el pueblo de Bocholtz, en el sur de la provincia neerlandesa de Limburg. Esta típica granja en forma de cuadrado, construida con piedra caliza, es una antigua granja de castillo que pertenecía a una casa señorial fortificada y feudos. En el patio interior se encuentra la capilla Overhuizen. El complejo de los siglos XVIII se sitúa en el borde este del pueblo, cerca de la frontera alemana. Toda la construcción está protegida como monumento nacional.
