El Zuidmolen es un molino de grano construido en 1857 como molino de cúpula en el lugar neerlandés de Groesbeek. La cubierta de madera está cubierta con cuero para techos. En 1947, el molino fue golpeado por un tornado.
El eje de las aspas mide 25 metros y tiene aspas de sistema Fauël con válvulas Ten Have y válvulas de freno en las cuatro aspas. Los palos son de hierro. El molino se mueve con un sistema de poleas y tiene un mecanismo de engranaje inglés.
