Le Zuidmolen est un moulin à vent construit en 1857 comme moulin à tourelle dans la ville néerlandaise de Groesbeek. Le toit en bois est recouvert de toile bitumée. En 1947, le moulin a été frappé par une tornade.
L'axe des ailes mesure 25 mètres et est équipé d'ailes de type Fauël avec des clapets Ten Have et des freins sur les quatre ailes. Les perches sont en fer. Le moulin est orienté avec un crible et possède un mécanisme de rotation à l'anglaise.
