Die Zuidmolen ist eine Getreidemühle, die 1857 in der niederländischen Stadt Groesbeek erbaut wurde. Das Holzdach ist mit Dachpappe gedeckt. 1947 wurde die Mühle von einem Wirbelsturm heimgesucht.
Das Absehen ist 25 Meter lang und hat Auslegerblätter des Fauël-Systems mit Ten Have-Ventilen und Bremsventilen an allen vier Blättern. Die Stäbe sind aus Eisen gefertigt. Die Mühle ist mit einer Schubkarre gewürzt und hat ein englisches Rollenrad.
