Scheendijk es una aldea en el municipio de Stichtse Vecht en la provincia holandesa de Utrecht. Aquí se encuentra el puerto deportivo de Breukelen. La aldea está situada al este de Breukelen, junto a los lagos de Loosdrecht.

En el lago de agua potable purifican el agua de manera natural. Después de 100 días, la bombeamos a su instalación en Weesperkarspel. Allí la convertimos en agua potable. Aproximadamente 1/3 del agua potable de Ámsterdam proviene del lago Loenderveense y, por lo tanto, de la Bethunepolder.
