Teylers Hofje es uno de los veinte hofjes que conoce Haarlem. El Teylers Hofje se encuentra en Koudenhorn 64a, junto al Spaarne, en las afueras del centro de Haarlem. La entrada trasera está ubicada en la calle Teylershofjestraat.
El Teylers Hofje es de 1787 y fue fundado a partir de la herencia de Pieter Teyler van der Hulst, al igual que el Teylers Museum, que se encuentra a tiro de piedra junto al Spaarne, y la casa de fundación Teylers en Damstraat 21. Pieter Teyler van der Hulst ya había establecido un hofje en 1752, tras la muerte de su esposa. Estableció este hofje en el terreno del actual Vrouwe- y Antonie Gasthuys. En su testamento, dispuso que se construyera un nuevo hofje junto al Spaarne. En 1787, el Teylershofje se trasladó a Koudenhorn.
