El búnker de Seyss-Inquart se encuentra en la finca Clingendael y data de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Formó parte del Stützpunktgruppe Scheveningen.
Mientras Arthur Seyss-Inquart vivía en la finca Clingendael, hizo construir un búnker de refugio en el parque en la frontera con la finca Oosterbeek a través de la Abteilung Siedlung und Bauten. La edificación, diseñada como una granja, medía 61 por 30 metros y 20 metros de alto, dentro había una "caja de zapatos" de concreto de 49 por 17 metros y 15 de alto con muros de 2 metros de grosor y un techo de 4 metros de grosor. Desde el aire parecía una granja común. Las paredes exteriores son de hormigón, terminadas con ladrillos o pintadas para parecer una pared de ladrillo. En el techo de hormigón hay tejas y dos enormes "chimeneas" para cañones antiaéreos de 2 cm Flak.
