El Museo Zuiderzee es un museo de cultura e historia en la ciudad neerlandesa de Enkhuizen, en la provincia de Noord-Holland, donde se representa la cultura y la historia marítima de la antigua Zuiderzee. El museo existe desde 1948. En 1983 se amplió con el museo al aire libre, un terreno donde se han reconstruido diferentes barrios alrededor de la Zuiderzee y se demuestran oficios.
