La capilla de San Servacio es una capilla de peregrinación cerca de la Servaasweg 46 en Nunhem, en el municipio neerlandés de Leudal. La capilla, dedicada a San Servacio, se encuentra en una colina al borde de Leudal, muy cerca del arroyo Haelense. Detrás de la capilla se encuentra el pozo de San Servacio que, según se dice, fue cavado por el santo mismo para utilizar la fuente, que está 15 metros por encima del nivel del arroyo, para bautizar a los primeros cristianos locales.
