El pabellón de playa Panta Rhei es un referente en Vlissingen. El pabellón fue fundado en 1970 y se llamaba entonces Costa del Nol. En 1983, el pabellón cambia de propietario y se convierte en De Nolle. En 1996 recibe el nombre actual, Panta Rhei. En 2011 se construyó un nuevo pabellón de playa que alberga dos locales de restauración. En la planta baja se encuentra Panta Rhei y en el primer piso estaba ubicado el pabellón de playa Boka Bizarro Beach. Sin embargo, recientemente Panta Rhei ha asumido el pabellón de arriba y ahora tiene un nombre diferente.
Posto de socorristas
Junto al pabellón de playa se encuentra el edificio de la brigada de salvamento Vlissingen. La posta de socorristas De Nolle cuenta con una torre de observación y es la posta principal de los socorristas en el municipio de Vlissingen.
Panta Rhei se ha hecho conocido por su música en vivo. Todos los domingos por la tarde hay un espectáculo en vivo a las 17:00 horas.
