Al sur del monasterio de las hermanas franciscanas penitentes recollectinas de Roosendaal se encuentra, paralelo a Nieuwstraat y Markendaalseweg, la antigua capilla del monasterio, que data de 1904-05 y fue construida según un diseño del arquitecto de Breda J. Lijdsman. La capilla está realizada en un sobrio estilo neogótico, con la inspiración de la tardogótica francesa del siglo XIV. A lo largo del tiempo, el edificio ha sufrido algunas modificaciones. En los años sesenta, el interior fue simplificado. Ahora es el restaurante Liefdegesticht, que es una parte del Hotel Nassau.
