Arcen y Velden es un antiguo municipio en Limburgo, Países Bajos. El municipio contaba con 8,681 habitantes y tenía una superficie de 42.03 km². Desde el 1 de enero de 2010, Arcen y Velden se ha fusionado con, y es un distrito de, el municipio de Venlo. Los municipios de Arcen y Velden pertenecían al Overkwartier de Gelre o Alto Gelre español. Durante la Guerra de Sucesión Española, el área fue ocupada por tropas prusianas, y así permaneció como parte de Alto Gelre prusiano durante aproximadamente un siglo en alemán.
