Kruisstraat es un pueblo agrícola en el municipio de 's-Hertogenbosch. Forma parte del distrito de Rosmalen Norte. Kruisstraat se encuentra en la región de Maasland. Hasta 1996, el pueblo pertenecía al antiguo municipio de Rosmalen. El nombre del pueblo se debe a las dos rutas principales de Kruisstraat, que forman una cruz. De estas rutas, es el dike de invierno el que corre en dirección este-oeste. Este ofrecía protección contra el agua del Maas. Al norte de Kruisstraat se encuentra la baja y plana Polder de den Eigen y Empel, y hacia el sur hay un montículo de arena más elevado donde se sitúan algunas propiedades de instituciones de cuidado rodeadas de bosques y restos de brezo.
