Lexmond es una aldea en el municipio de Vijfheerenlanden en la provincia de Utrecht. La aldea surgió en la desembocadura del Laak, un río que alrededor del año 1000 conectaba el Zederik con el Lek. La palabra Lexmond significa también desembocadura del Laak y no tanto desembocadura del Lek. Hasta 1986, Lexmond fue un municipio independiente.
