Zuidermeer es una aldea y un pólder en el municipio de Koggenland, en la provincia holandesa de Holanda del Norte. La aldea tiene 545 habitantes. Zuidermeer está situada al suroeste de Wognum y al noroeste de Bobeldijk. Formalmente, la aldea incluye también los núcleos de Noordermeer y Baarsdorpermeer. Este último ha sido prácticamente parte del núcleo residencial de la aldea desde la década de 1990. Hasta el 1 de enero de 1979, Zuidermeer pertenecía a la ciudad y municipio de Berkhout. Desde 1979 hasta 2007, formó parte del municipio de Wester-Koggenland, en el cual se había fusionado el municipio de Berkhout.
