Nueva IJpelaar o Nieuw-IJpelaar es el nombre de un antiguo monasterio de los padres del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús y María en Seminarieweg 26 en Bavel cerca de Breda. Los padres compraron en 1915 una mansión monumental del propietario Emile de Bruyn. Esta era una vivienda notarial monumental de 1860. Su predecesor fue la casa Klein IJpelaar, fundada en 1834. Además de la casa, incluía un caballería y un parque de 9 ha. Se trataba de un jardín en estilo paisajístico inglés que contaba con un estanque, entre otras cosas. En 1916, los padres también compraron una granja adyacente con tierras.
