En el cementerio Duinhof, en Slingerduinlaan en IJmuiden, establecido entre 1959 y 1961, se incluye un cementerio católico y un cementerio general, donde también se encuentra el cementerio de guerra. El cementerio se sitúa en las dunas, justo fuera de la zona urbana de IJmuiden y Driehuis, entre el Parque Nacional Zuid-Kennemerland y el cementerio Westerveld.
