Bulkenaar es un barrio en el municipio de Roosendaal en la provincia holandesa de Brabante Septentrional. Se encuentra a un kilómetro al suroeste de la ciudad de Roosendaal, junto a la línea de ferrocarril hacia Bergen op Zoom. Es en su mayor parte una zona agrícola que está delimitada por tres carreteras. A lo largo de estas carreteras hay un desarrollo de viviendas unifamiliares y granjas con establos y cobertizos que no están conectados entre sí. La tierra agrícola se utiliza principalmente actualmente para la agricultura de cultivos. También alberga una granja mediana de cerdos y se mantienen caballos en varias parcelas.
