Es una granja media de Schijndel agrandada en vidrio, que intenta recuperar la historia con un aire del pasado. Este edificio de mercado, con una superficie total de 1.600 m2, contiene tiendas, restaurantes, oficinas y un centro de bienestar. Tres años y treinta después de la primera iniciativa del arquitecto schijndelense Winy Maas sobre el espacio abierto en la plaza de su pueblo natal, se realizó el edificio.
