Desde VEG De Ark Gorinchem, a través de Papland hacia Dalem y ahí el Waaldijk, Waalbandijk hasta Tiel. A través de Tiel hacia Maurik, desde allí por el Rijnbandijk, Marsdijk a través del puente hacia Rhenen. La cordillera de Utrecht donde paramos para tomar café en el castillo de Amerongen. Después, a lo largo del Lekdijk junto a Wijk bij Duurstede hasta Nieuwegein. Allí volvemos a cruzar el Lek y vamos junto al canal Merwedekanaal hasta Arkel y de regreso a Ark.
