Øksfjord es el centro administrativo del municipio de Loppa en la provincia de Troms og Finnmark, Noruega. Se localiza en la desembocadura del Øksfjorden, a 20 km al noroeste de Øksfjordbotn, en el otro extremo del fiordo. Cubre una superficie de 0,33 km² y una población de 506 habitantes, dando una densidad de 1533 hab/km². La iglesia de Øksfjord tiene su sede aquí.
Øksfjord tienen conexiones diarias con el Hurtigruten, siendo una parada entre Skjervøy y Hammerfest. La mayor parte de Loppa no tiene conexiones terrestres, siendo Øksfjord el que concentra el tránsito de automóviles. Otros puntos de conexión son Nuvsvåg, Bergsfjord y Sør-Tverrfjord. Hay una ruta que conecta la villa con Sørøya en Hasvik.
