Alu Bari Camp 2 se encuentra a 3915m sobre el nivel del mar.
Hay un campamento más bajo a 3716m donde es más común acampar. Hay un establo aquí, pero poco espacio. El terreno es inclinado. No hay servicios.
El sitio está ubicado en la carretera de Marpha al campamento base 1 de Dhaulagiri y normalmente se usa como el primer campamento para esta caminata. También regresa de escalar Phampus Peak/Thapa Peak , pero la mayoría escala Marpha al mismo tiempo.
