El Postomia es un afluente izquierdo del Warta en la provincia polaca de Lebus. Nace en el lago Postomia cerca de Wędrzyn y fluye a través de Sulęcin y continúa en dirección noreste hacia Krzeszyce, donde alcanza el Warta Polder. Allí recoge el canal Bema y continúa fluyendo paralelamente al Warta en dirección oeste, atraviesa Słońsk y alcanza el Parque Nacional de la desembocadura del Warta, hasta que desemboca en el Warta en la zona de Kostrzyn nad Odrą, justo antes de que este último desemboque en el Oder. La longitud del río es de 67 km; la cuenca se estima en 425 km².
