Il Postomia è un affluente sinistro del Warta nella provincia polacca di Lebus. Nasce nel lago Postomia presso Wędrzyn e scorre attraverso Sulęcin e poi in direzione nord-nord-est verso Krzeszyce, dove raggiunge la palude del Warta. Lì immette il canale Bema e continua parallelamente al Warta in direzione ovest, attraversa Słońsk e raggiunge il parco nazionale della foce del Warta, fino a confluire nel Warta nella zona di Kostrzyn nad Odrą, poco prima che quest'ultimo si immetta nell'Oder. La lunghezza del fiumiciattolo è di 67 km; l'area di drenaggio è di 425 km².
