Pêro Pinheiro es una freguesia portuguesa del concejo de Sintra, con un área de 16,06 kilómetros cuadrados y una población de 4.712 habitantes . La densidad poblacional asciende a 293,4 hab/km². Fue convertida en villa el 24 de agosto de 1989 siendo su patrón San Pedro.La parroquia cuenta con una industria minera, que extrae piedra calcárea de las minas existentes en la zona. En los territorios de la freguesia se encuentra instalada la Base Aérea de Sintra, de la Fuerza Aérea Portuguesa.
