Ribeira dos Carinhos era una freguesia portuguesa del concelho de Guarda, con 9,09 km² de superficie y 108 habitantes .[1] Su densidad de población es de 11,9 hab/km².
Denominada un tiempo Ribeira dos Carrinhos, la freguesia tomaba su nombre del arroyo que atraviesa su territorio. Perteneció al extinto concelho de Jarmelo, pasando en 1852 al de Guarda, al que volvió definitivamente tras estar incluida en 1878 en el concelho de Pinhel. En la reforma administrativa de 2013 quedó extinguida, al ser absorbida por la vecina freguesia de São Miguel do Jarmelo.[2]
