La Iglesia de Santa Clara es un templo católico situado en la freguesia de la Sé, en la ciudad de Oporto, en Portugal. Su interior está revestido con uno de los mejores ejemplares de talla dorada del barroco joanino. Fue clasificada como Monumento Nacional en 1910. Está incluido dentro del conjunto del Centro Histórico de Oporto, clasificado como Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 1996.
