Biliaivka es una ciudad en el Óblast de Odesa, Ucrania y el centro administrativo del rayón Biliaivka. Su población era de 12.380 habitantes en 2010.
El origen de Biliaïvka se remonta a finales del siglo XVIII, después de la liquidación del ejército cosaco. En 1792, pocos años después de su fundación, el pueblo lleva el nombre Golovkivka. Su nombre actual proviene de un líder cosaco que murió durante el asedio de Ochakiv , quien fue apodado "Belogo".
