WNYW, en el canal 5, es la estación de televisión principal de Fox Broadcasting Company, propiedad de News Corporation, ubicada en Nueva York, Estados Unidos. La planta transmisora de la estación está en la cima del Edificio Empire State y sus estudios están en Yorkville, Manhattan. WNYW es la estación hermana de WWOR-TV, con sede en Secaucus, Nueva Jersey, la cual es la estación afiliada a MyNetworkTV para el área de Nueva York.
En las pocas áreas del este de Estados Unidos donde no hay señal abierta de la cadena Fox, WNYW está disponible en el satélite vía DirecTV, la cual también provee cobertura de la estación a Latinoamérica y el sistema de entretenimiento a bordo LiveTV de la aerolínea JetBlue. WNYW también está disponible en el Caribe a través de televisión por cable.
