El Chanin Building es un rascacielos histórico ubicado en Nueva York, Nueva York que se encuentra inscrito como un Hito Histórico Neoyorquino en la Comisión para la Preservación de Monumentos Históricos de Nueva York al igual que en el Registro Nacional de Lugares Históricos desde el 01980-04-23 23 de abril de 1980.
Construido por Irwin Chanin en 1927-1929, tiene 56 plantas de altura, alcanzando 197,8 m con exclusión de la aguja y 207,3 m incluyendola. Fue diseñado por Sloan & Robertson en estilo Art Deco,,[2] con la ayuda del propio arquitecto de Chanin Jacques Delamarre, e incorpora escultura arquitectónica de Rene Paul Chambellan.
