Cooperative Village es una comunidad de cooperativas de vivienda en el Lower East Side de Manhattan, Ciudad de Nueva York. Las cooperativas están centradas en Grand Street, en un área al sur de la rampa de entrada al Puente Williamsburg y al oeste de FDR Drive. En conjunto, las cuatro cooperativas tienen 4,500 apartamentos en doce edificios.
Las cooperativas fueron patrocinadas, organizadas y construidas por sindicatos, los Trabajadores de Vestimenta Amalgamados de América y el Sindicato Internacional de Trabajadoras de la Confección, así como por la Fundación de Vivienda Unida, una organización de desarrollo establecida por los sindicatos en 1951.
