El Palacio de Justicia de Goshen de 1841 está ubicado a lo largo de Main Street en el centro de Goshen, Nueva York, la sede del Condado de Orange, Nueva York, Estados Unidos. Fue diseñado por el popular arquitecto local Thornton Niven en un estilo de Renacimiento griego, destinado a ser un gemelo del que ya había construido en Newburgh, que en ese momento compartía funciones de sede con la ciudad más grande. La construcción del edificio fue aprobada por la legislatura del condado en abril de 1841 y comenzó poco después.
Durante la construcción del edificio, se rumoreaba que se habían encontrado los restos del líder guerrillero lealista de la Guerra de Independencia Americana Claudius Smith en el sitio y su cráneo incrustado en la mampostería sobre la puerta principal. Una placa conmemorativa de su ahorcamiento en Goshen y la tradición asociada fue dedicada en el sitio en 2016.
