La escuela sirve a Lake Balboa,[1] y partes de Van Nuys, Encino,[2] Tarzana y Reseda.[1] La plantel de Birmingham es la plantel de una escuela preparatoria más grande al oeste del Río Misisipi,[2] y la plantel de una escuela preparatoria más grande en el LAUSD.[3]
