La Diócesis de Las Vegas es un territorio eclesiástico o diócesis de la Iglesia católica en el sur de Nevada en Estados Unidos. Está formado por los condados de Clark, Esmeralda, Lincoln, Nye, White Pine y se rige a partir de la Ciudad de Las Vegas. El obispo de Las Vegas tiene su sede litúrgica y canónica en la Catedral Ángel de la Guarda.
Originalmente formó parte de la Diócesis de Sacramento y Salt Lake City y más tarde con la Diócesis de Reno, el papa Juan Pablo II, estableció la diócesis el 21 de marzo de 1995 y fue erigida canónicamente el 28 de junio de ese mismo año.
