El condado de Louisa , fundado en 1742, es uno de 95 condados del estado estadounidense de Virginia. En el año 2000, el condado tenía una población de 25,627 habitantes y una densidad poblacional de 20 personas por km². La sede del condado es Louisa.[1]
Según la Oficina del Censo, el condado tiene un área total de 1323 km² , de la cual 1287 km² es tierra y 36 km² es agua.
