Le tunnel d'Envalira, situé en Andorre, relie le Pas de la Case au lieu-dit Grau Roig dans la vallée du Valira. Il est donc situé d'un côté à la limite de la frontière entre l'Andorre et la France et pour l'autre côté au cœur de la Principauté d'Andorre.
Long de 2 900 m et situé à 2 050 m d'altitude, ce tunnel est le plus élevé des grands tunnels européens.
