Le col de Schober est un haut col de montagne dans la municipalité. Wald am Schoberpaß se trouve sur le col de Schober entre les Niederen Tauern et les Alpes d'Eisenerz. Le col sépare le bassin versant de la Palten, qui se jette dans l'Enns, et celui de la Liesing, qui se jette dans la Mur.
