Le tribunal régional de Klagenfurt est un tribunal situé à Klagenfurt. Son ressort coïncide avec la superficie du land de Carinthie. En tant que tribunal régional, il est chargé en deuxième instance de l'examen des recours contre les décisions des onze tribunaux de district de Carinthie. En principe, il est compétent en première instance pour les affaires civiles d'une valeur supérieure à 15 000 €. Cependant, certaines affaires juridiques relèvent de la compétence des tribunaux de district en première instance, indépendamment de la valeur du litige. Pour les affaires pénales, il est compétent en première instance lorsque la peine encourue dépasse un an.
