Het Landesgericht Klagenfurt is een rechtbank in Klagenfurt. Zijn rechtsgebied komt overeen met het gebied van de deelstaat Karinthië. Als Landesgericht is het in tweede instantie verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van de rechtsmiddelen tegen beslissingen van de elf Kärntner Bezirksgerichte. In principe is het verantwoordelijk voor civiele zaken met een geschilwaarde van meer dan 15.000 € in eerste instantie. Bepaalde rechtszaken vallen echter ongeacht de geschilwaarde in eerste instantie onder de bevoegdheid van de Bezirksgerichte. Voor strafzaken is het in eerste instantie bevoegd wanneer de strafdreiging meer dan een jaar bedraagt. Bepaalde strafzaken vallen ook bij een lagere strafdreiging onder zijn bevoegdheid.
