La Villa Ferch-Erggelet est un bâtiment de type château situé au début de la rue Arenberg à Salzbourg. Elle se trouve à l'extrême sud de la vieille ville droite dans la zone de Stein Extérieur. Le nom « Villa Ferch-Erggelet » n'est en usage que depuis le début du 21e siècle.
Un bâtiment antérieur à celui d'aujourd'hui portait le nom de Neustein et a été mentionné pour la première fois dans des documents en 1596. La petite maison appartenait au domaine de Bürglstein. Depuis environ 1700, environ huit frères de l'ordre des Bartholoméens y habitaient, qui ont déménagé en 1773 dans la maison des chapelains de l'hôpital municipal et ont été dissous en 1783 en tant qu'institution salzbourgeoise.
