De Villa Ferch-Erggelet is een kasteelachtig fabrieksgebouw aan het begin van de Arenbergstraße in Salzburg. Het ligt aan de meest zuidelijke rand van de rechter oude stad in het gebied Äußerer Stein. De naam "Villa Ferch-Erggelet" is pas sinds het begin van de 21e eeuw in gebruik.
Een voorganger van het huidige gebouw droeg de naam Neustein en werd in 1596 voor het eerst in akten genoemd. Het kleine huis maakte deel uit van het goed Bürglstein. Sinds ongeveer 1700 woonden daar ongeveer acht ordensbroeders van de Bartholomäers, die in 1773 naar het Bürgerspitals-Kaplanhuis verhuisden en in 1783 als Salzburger instelling werden opgeheven.
