The Villa Ferch-Erggelet is a castle-like factory building at the beginning of Arenbergstraße in Salzburg. It is located at the southernmost edge of the right old town in the area of Äußerer Stein. The name "Villa Ferch-Erggelet" has only been in use since the beginning of the 21st century.
A predecessor building of the current structure was named Neustein and was first mentioned in documents in 1596. The small house belonged to the estate of Bürglstein. Since around 1700, about eight brothers of the Bartholomeans lived there, who moved to the Bürgerspital's chaplaincy in 1773 and were dissolved as a Salzburg institution in 1783.
