La place Saint-Veerle est une place dans la ville belge de Gand. La place est dominée au nord par le Gravensteen. Derrière les bâtiments, à l'ouest de la place coule la Lieve et au sud la Lys. À l'est se trouve le quartier de Patershol. La place est nommée d'après la sainte Pharaïldis de Gand.
