Église cruciforme néoclassique, construite en brique avec l’utilisation de calcaire pour les plinthes, les cadres de portes et de fenêtres. Nef à nef unique de quatre travées avec tour ouest intégrée, datant de 1839 (confer l’inscription de l’édifice avec chronogramme DIVo. Sebastiano. Tarte. Nobis. eXstrVCtae. nVnC. DenVo. Aedes. saCrae. sVnto.) ; agrandie en 1888 selon les plans de l’architecte E. Serrure par l’adjonction d’un transept, d’une abside semi-circulaire et d’une sacristie. Mobile : Statue de la Vierge à l’Enfant, bois polychrome (16ème siècle). maître-autel (vers 1839) ; deux autels latéraux (milieu du 19e siècle) ; confessionnal (vers 1840) ; Chemin de croix (milieu du 19e siècle) ; Sièges du chœur (vers 1850). Pierre tombale avec armoiries de 1521.
