Neoclassical cross church, built of brick with the use of sandstone for the base, door and window frames. A single-nave ship of four bays with an integrated west tower, dating from 1839 (see construction inscription with chronogram DIVo. sebastIano. pIe. nobIs. eXstrVCtae. nVnC. DenVo. aeDes. saCrae. sVnto.); enlarged in 1888 according to the design of architect E. Serrure by adding a transept, semi-circular apse and sacristy. Furnishings: Our Lady statue with Child, polychrome wood (16th century). Main altar (circa 1839); two side altars (mid 19th century); confessional (circa 1840); Stations of the Cross (mid 19th century); choir furniture (circa 1850). Gravestone with coat of arms from 1521.
