Neoclassicistische kruiskerk, opgetrokken uit baksteen met gebruik van kalksteen voor plint, deur- en vensteromlijstingen. Eénbeukig schip van vier traveeën met ingebouwde westtoren, daterend van 1839 (confer bouwopschrift met chronogram DIVo. sebastIano. pIe. nobIs. eXstrVCtae. nVnC. DenVo. aeDes. saCrae. sVnto.); in 1888 vergroot naar ontwrp van architect E. Serrure door toevoeging van transept, halfronde apsis en sacristie. Mobilair: Onze-Lieve-Vrouwebeeld met Kind, gepolychromeerd hout (16de eeuw). Hoofdaltaar (circa 1839); twee zijaltaren (midden 19de eeuw); biechtstoel (circa 1840); kruisweg (midden 19de eeuw); koorzitmeubel (circa 1850). Grafsteen met blazoen van 1521.
