L’église Notre-Dame de l’Assomption est une église située à Veulen, dans la commune belge de Heers, en province de Limbourg. L’église est située à l’angle de la Nieuwe Steenweg et de la Kerkstraat et est entourée d’un cimetière fortifié.
L’édifice basilical est une basilique cruciforme et se compose d’une tour ouest partiellement construite, d’une nef à trois nefs à quatre travées, d’un transept et d’un chœur fermé à trois côtés avec deux travées droites. De part et d’autre du chœur se trouvent des chœurs latéraux de deux travées, une sacristie au sud et un oratoire au nord.
