La Grande Mosquée de Bruxelles, située dans le Parc du Cinquantenaire à Bruxelles, est la plus ancienne mosquée de la ville. Elle est également le siège du Centre Culturel Islamique de Belgique. Le bâtiment originel date de 1879 et a été conçu par l'architecte Ernest Van Humbeek. Le style était arabe et il était destiné à être un pavillon oriental pour l'Exposition nationale à l'occasion des cinquante ans de la Belgique. En 1967, la Belgique a offert le bâtiment au roi Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud d'Arabie Saoudite lors de sa visite dans le pays. Il devait devenir un centre culturel destiné à la communauté islamique. Après une importante restauration aux frais des Saoudiens, le bâtiment a été inauguré en 1978 en présence des rois belge et saoudien.
